I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were decent, with a balcony offering a great view, but during parade day, it got chaotic with families and noisy kids having a barbecue outside our door. The cleanliness was a major concern for me.

The rooms had a balcony with a great view but were noisy and dirty, especially during busy days.
Service

The service was a disappointment; the staff seemed rude and unhelpful, except for those in the parking area. Also, I had some money stolen from my room.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean but had a strong smell of Clorox, and unfortunately, there was no iron available. On the bright side, our balcony offered a great view, and we enjoyed it despite the noise from a barbecue held by other guests outside our room.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a great view from the balcony. However, the noise from other guests, especially during the parade day, was overwhelming. The strong scent of Clorox was a bit off-putting at times.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great view from the balcony, but the noise level from other guests, particularly during the parade day, was quite high. The strong scent of Clorox was noticeable throughout the stay.
Service
5.0
The service was a mix of experiences. While the parking lot attendants were helpful, the overall service was lacking in friendliness and assistance. There were issues with cleanliness, as dirty sheets led to skin rashes and some money went missing from the room.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was excellent, as it was situated right on the Malecon for the Carnival Parade and in front of the beach. However, being between the Plaza Olas Altas and the Golden Zone made it a busy spot, especially during specific events.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited to baguettes, which might not appeal to all guests. More variety could improve the dining experience.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel's facilities were average. While they were functional, the lack of variety and quality in dining options and the noise levels from other guests impacted the overall experience.
